II. International Expermed About

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On the behalf of Organizing Committee and under the auspices of Turkish Society of Fertility Preservation (TSFP), we are delighted to welcome you to the second “Expert Meeting in Personalized Reproductive Medicine” that will be held in Kyrenia, Cyprus between April 27–30, 2017.

As we all know, world of reproductive medicine has been evolving very rapidly. Recent data implies that contemporary assisted reproduction practice is approaching its success limits and for this reason, there is an emerging need for personalized and innovative approaches involving standardized protocols that can converge multiple aspects of reproductive medicine.

There is no doubt that recent advancements in both diagnosis and management of infertility are going to shape our way of solving the problems and leading the state of ART treatments in the near future. From this perspective, a global and contemporary understanding of our current state and abilities on diagnosis and personalized management are crucial to aspire innovative and better solutions for existing reproductive problems.

Inspired by these facts, in this congress, we primarily aim at creating a unique and interactive opportunity to discuss contemporary reproductive medicine & care as well as at predicting the future, not just by summarizing up-to-date results but also by understanding the recent scientific progress which can lead to a better clinical practice.

Knowing that multidisciplinary work is essential in all aspects of reproductive medicine, we also aim to create a multidimensional look involving technical, clinical and social aspects of reproductive surgery, genetics/genomics, endocrinology, laboratory technologies as well as cryopreservation. Each secton and topics will be covered by distinctive speakers, who are also international experts and opinion leaders in their area of research.

April is also the most beautiful and tempting season in Kyrenia for a short break. Cyprus, being a major tourist destination in the Mediterranean, provides ample opportunity to experience something new, interesting and exciting, including activities, events, customs and places that are unique and special to the island. Participants will therefore not only have a unique opportunity to acquire the most recent and contemporary knowledge on reproductive medicine &care, but also enjoy the best of the island and its generously embroidered natural beauty. Kyrenia has already become famous in Europe by its heavenly beaches and diverse amusement opportunities.

We believe that tailor-made scientific program as well as exciting social environment coupled with the relaxing atmosphere of the Kyrenia, Cyprus will be a unique opportunity for all of us and we sincerely look forward to welcoming you in Kyrenia, Cyprus in 2017.
